The Ontario Ministry of Health, in conjunction with the Ontario Medical Association, has made a change to the funding of the typical Annual Physical.  To book a PHV please call 416-978-8030. Please note: Effective January 7, 2013 our policy will change for any unpaid invoices resulting from short notice cancellations or a no show visit. From this date forward we will place a hold on your ROSI account impacting access to your transcripts.
